Standard delivery time is 3 business days from Hong Kong. Custom orders take around 2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. (the production estimate does not include shipping time).

We offer free shipping on orders of over HK$3,000 / US$400 or more within Hong Kong; HK$4,000 / US$520 or more outside Hong Kong.

For any order outside of Hong Kong, please contact me with your shipping address and I will send you a shipping quote. We do not charge a flat rate for shipping but what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location. Therefore the shipping quote you receive when you place and order might be slightly different from your final shipping charge. We will adjust the final cost after your order has shipped out, and then charge your credit card at that time.

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Hong Kong are subject to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
