I  Light Note

Light and Shadows are in the mood for drawing.

Hands and Words are in the mood for dancing.

Take it easy.  Feel it light.

Every moment is unique.

Live it up with sunshine.

Combining Karen’s Western calligraphy & Carol’s snapshot images for dialogues, this exhibition is for visual enjoyment, nature connection and mind space. The creations by nature are appreciated by human hearts.  The transformation with aesthetic appreciation inspires another angle hopefully.

50% of 31 artworks’ proceeds after cost deduction will be donated in Q1 in 2025 towards the charitable beneficiary to be selected by Karen and Carol.

(1)  7 Days’ Vibes

Artworks & Curations by Karen & Carol

Karen has twins, long-haired Chihuahuas named Mika and Aki, who bring her endless joy and inspirations in life. Born in Hong Kong, Karen has a psychology degree from the University of British Columbia, where she developed a passion for communication and understanding human behaviour. With over 10 years of experience in public relations for luxury brands, she has learned the significance of effective communication while deepening her appreciation for the beauty found in every design and artistic creation of fine craftsmanship. Karen has spent the past five years as a freelance calligrapher, allowing her to express thoughts and emotions through beautifully crafted words. This artistic pursuit enhances her appreciation for the details of creativity and design. Art is a passion of Karen; she experiences mindfulness in the creative process and am intrigued by how she can appreciate every shape and color through various forms of artistic expression. Moreover, Karen’s experience as a florist further complements her artistic journey, as flowers enable us to appreciate the beauty of nature and bring joy into our lives. She also operates an online platform www.eunoiadesignlab.com presenting her art and designs, sharing her creative expressions with a wider audience.
